Songstress and ivory-tinkler (cruelty free) Gracie Mack has always had music in the forefront of her life. Originally from Sydney, she moved all over the east coast before travelling to Western Europe to further develop her sound. Drawing inspiration from a soul, modern/swing/gypsy jazz, blues and folk, she has shared the stage with the likes of Dan Quigley, Lisa Hunt, David Sanders, Sharny Russell, David Theak, Thierry Fossemalle.
As the current musical director of Lismore based acappella choir ‘Isabella A Cappella’, she has a special love and passion for the cathartic experience of creating music purely with voices. With the choir she has featured on two albums ‘Tour Edition 2011’ and 'For Four’ and toured Japan in 2011 and again in 2017.
Now based in Brisbane, she became an honour roll graduate from the Jazz Music Institute in 2017 and works as a freelance musician and teacher up and down the east coast of Australia.
Gracie Mack brings the audience an eclectic mix of soulful grooves, evocative compositions and joyous swingers. All delivered with a seasoned blend of musical intuition and innovation, her combination of soaring vocal prowess and strong emotional connection to the music provide the listener with a memorable experience.
